The machine is an E-Machine. Works well. XP runs very well on it, faster than ME. I'll see what I can do with the drive. I think I'll run Norton on it and then reformat if needed. It is very kind of you to offer help. I can always use parts. I certainly wouldn't want to inconvienience you though. And if I do get your drive, I wil pay for the unit plus shipping cost.
