Aces are the customers who tip generously. PizzaBoy creates this list by going through all of your deliveries, and then calculating a total for each name. So, it’s crucial that you enter your customer names carefully. Also, keep in mind that some people will change their name. On their first order, they may only use their first name, and then on the second order, use their full name. So, from time-to-time it pays to look over all your deliveries, and if you see such a customer, go back to their original order and update their name. The best way to do that is to load all of your deliveries into the Delivery Analyzer, sort by name, and then scroll through them all. Then sort by address and scroll through again.
