PizzaBoy creates this list by looking through your deliveries for customers who don’t tip. Typically, you will have a large number of people who you have only delivered to once. You can see them by using the “Single Stiffs” setting. You will likely have a much smaller number of people who have stiffed you twice. You can see them by using the “Multi-Stiffs” setting.

Obviously, if you can avoid these people in the future, you will be able to raise your average tip stats. Of course, you need to be very precise with your data-entry to make sure that you have names spelled correctly.
