Widespread software piracy has made this system necessary.
When you first click the “Start” button, TradeNagger will verify your username with the authorization server at trivisonno.com. This usually takes less than a second.
If you are using a firewall, such as the one built into Windows, you may need to configure it to allow access to trivisonno.com.
If you still have problems, email me the contents of the “auth-debug.txt” file. To find this file, go onto TradeNagger’s “Help” menu and then to “Open App Data Folder”. On the Mac, you can just go into your TradeNagger folder.
